Catered lunches
are planned for Thursday and Friday. As a lunch sponsor, you would
be able to place a lunch speaker on an appropriate topic. Your
sponsorship will be announced, given website publicity, and a
half page ad in the conference handout.

A reception
is planned for Thursday evening. As a sponsor, you would have

and speaking. This would be a perfect setting for a new product
announcement.

Sponsor positioning

Sponsor: $2,000 for audio/visual, platform, extra microphones,
and venue staff

Sponsor: $2,000 for piping, draping, electricity, and
set-up costs for the exhibit
- Handbook
Sponsor: $3,000 or in-kind services for copying and
binding the conference handouts
- Break
Sponsors: $1,000 each to enable fancier, more fun eats
at morning/afternoon breaks
- Registration
Sponsor: $1,000 to cover costs of pre- and conference
registration. This sponsor can offer bags, at their expense.
Each sponsor
in this category will receive a full conference pass ($495 value),
a half page ad in the Handbook, logos on our website, and grateful
mention from the podium.
Media
Sponsors
We look forward
to working closely with a range of media. Media sponsorships will
be contribution of advertising space or public relations efforts.
We will work with each media sponsor to achieve the best possible
arrangements for both sides. Depending on level of contribution,
media sponsors may receive the benefits of Platinum or Gold sponsors.
Exhibitor
Only
If you are
unable to sponsor, please consider exhibiting. You will gain brand
equity benefits similar to, though less than those of a sponsor.

Roughly one
third of Summit schedule will be networking time in which attendees
will be encouraged to visit the exhibits.
