Event Level – Three opportunities at $15,000
These investments represent special relationships. Our mutual commitments will be developed together. Example Event Sponsorships include:

  • Naming Privilege: The name of the Summit becomes:
    “The (your name) Colorado Innovation Summit”
  • Program Privilege: You acquire a piece of the program, with complete flexibility (within Summit guidelines) in speaking and attendee interaction. For instance, you might choose to put on the opening evening with a keynote, panel session, and reception.
  • Location Privilege: You host the Summit, providing facilities, seating, audio-video, parking, and other amenities.

Platinum Level – $8,000 cash or in-kind

  • Recommendations: One speaker. One advisor
  • Exhibit: One 10x10 exhibit space near general sessions
  • Advertisement: One full page 4-color ad in the Conference Guide
  • Profile: One full page corporate profile in the Conference Guide
  • Passes: Two VIP Conference passes for sponsor executives
    • Two full Conference passes for staff or customers
    • Two exhibit staff passes
  • Attendance list: Use of conference registration for pre- and post-event promotions
  • Visibility: Priority logo placement on conference website and marketing materials

Gold Level – $4,000 cash or in-kind

  • Recommendations: One speaker. One advisor
  • Exhibit: One 6-foot table exhibit space near general sessions
  • Advertisement: One full page ad in the Conference Guide
  • Profile: One half-page corporate profile in the Conference Guide
  • Passes: One VIP Conference pass for a sponsor executive
    • One full Conference pass for staff or a customer
    • One exhibit staff pass

Lunch Sponsorships: Two Opportunities at $4,000 + Expenses

Catered lunches are planned for Thursday and Friday. As a lunch sponsor, you would be able to place a lunch speaker on an appropriate topic. Your sponsorship will be announced, given website publicity, and a half page ad in the conference handout.

  • Advertisement: One half page ad in the Conference Guide
  • Profile: One half-page corporate profile in the Conference Guide
  • Passes:
    • Two VIP Conference passes for a sponsor executives
    • Two full Conference passes for staff or customers
  • Visibility:
    • Secondary logo placement on conference website and marketing materials
    • Secondary location for on-site banners and signage
    • Mention in most advertisements and invitations

Reception Sponsorship: One Opportunity at $4,000 plus expenses

A reception is planned for Thursday evening. As a sponsor, you would have complete control over invitations, music, food, entertainment, and speaking. This would be a perfect setting for a new product announcement.

  • Recommendations:
    • Speaker during the reception
  • Advertisement: One half page ad in the Conference Guide
  • Profile: One half-page corporate profile in the Conference Guide
  • Passes:
    • Two VIP Conference passes for a sponsor executives
    • Two full Conference passes for staff or customers
  • Visibility:
    • Secondary logo placement on conference website and marketing materials
    • Secondary location for on-site banners and signage
    • Mention in most advertisements and invitations

Sponsor positioning in website and promotional materials will be based on date of commitment. Early sponsors will get the best logo, name, and exhibit positions.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

  • Program Sponsor: $2,000 for audio/visual, platform, extra microphones, and venue staff
  • Exhibit Sponsor: $2,000 for piping, draping, electricity, and set-up costs for the exhibit
  • Handbook Sponsor: $3,000 or in-kind services for copying and binding the conference handouts
  • Break Sponsors: $1,000 each to enable fancier, more fun eats at morning/afternoon breaks
  • Registration Sponsor: $1,000 to cover costs of pre- and conference registration. This sponsor can offer bags, at their expense.

Each sponsor in this category will receive a full conference pass ($495 value), a half page ad in the Handbook, logos on our website, and grateful mention from the podium.

Media Sponsors

We look forward to working closely with a range of media. Media sponsorships will be contribution of advertising space or public relations efforts. We will work with each media sponsor to achieve the best possible arrangements for both sides. Depending on level of contribution, media sponsors may receive the benefits of Platinum or Gold sponsors.

Exhibitor Only

If you are unable to sponsor, please consider exhibiting. You will gain brand equity benefits similar to, though less than those of a sponsor. Please request our Exhibitor Proposal.

Roughly one third of Summit schedule will be networking time in which attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibits.
